Keeping play within your means

Limits on deposits

Choose daily, weekly or monthly controls through your account. The two personal limit types measure different things.

Control	What it measures
Deposit Limit	The amount deposited during the chosen period, with no deduction for withdrawals.
Net Deposit Limit	Money deposited less money withdrawn during the chosen period. A withdrawal restores some deposit allowance.
Net Deposit Limit Cap	A separate cap that overrides higher personal limits and covers accounts with our other brands.

Personal daily limits restart at midnight. A weekly period begins on Monday, and monthly limits follow calendar months. The separate cap uses a rolling period. If several personal limits apply, reaching one can restrict the others.

Adding or reducing a Deposit Limit applies immediately. Removing or raising it requires a 24-hour delay and your confirmation. Support cannot make that delay shorter. A reduction to a personal Net Deposit Limit also applies immediately, while an increase needs the same wait and confirmation.

You cannot alter or remove the Net Deposit Limit Cap yourself. Ask Customer Support for a review if it does not reflect your finances. A personal net limit set for this account does not automatically apply to accounts with our other brands.

Tracking your activity

Reality Check reminders can be set at 30-minute, 60-minute or 90-minute intervals. They report session length and the amounts wagered, won and lost. Some mobile reminders omit wins and losses. Evolution live games use their own reminder settings instead of the general account setting.

The Activity Dashboard shows patterns in your play. You can also choose how often to receive prompts to view your Activity Statement.

Short breaks and product restrictions

Take a Break	Either 24 or 48 hours, or a break lasting 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks.
Product Block	Either 24 hours or 7 days, or a block lasting 1, 3 or 6 months.

Take a Break prevents account access for the full period. Marketing emails and offers stop during it. A confirmed break cannot be reversed, and account access returns automatically at its end without a notification. It applies to this account only. Other brands, including Unibet, have separate break settings.

A Product Block restricts one or more selected products while you are signed in. It cannot be amended or lifted during its term. Product access returns when the restriction expires, without a notification.

Longer exclusion

Self-exclusion offers periods of 6 months, or 1, 2, 3 or 5 years. Confirmation signs you out and prevents account access. You cannot end the exclusion early, log in, make deposits, withdraw directly, or use games and promotions while it is active.

Money and reopening

Once an exclusion has expired, contact support if you want to reopen the account. Reactivation requires a telephone discussion. Email and live chat cannot complete it, and a request cannot be considered while exclusion remains active.
